Is mployr free to use?
Yes! mployr is completely free for employees. Your employer subscribes to the mployr business platform, and you get the employee app at no cost. Simply download it and connect to your workplace.
What devices does mployr support?
mployr is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. We support iOS 15+ and Android 10+. The app is optimized for phones but works great on tablets too.
How do I connect to my employer?
After downloading the app, your employer will provide you with a company code or QR code. Enter the code or scan it with your phone's camera, then sign in with the credentials provided by your employer. You'll be up and running in under a minute.
Does clock in/out use my location?
Location is only used at the moment you clock in or out to verify you're at your workplace — this is called geofencing. We never track your location in the background or outside of work hours. Your privacy is important to us.
Can I view my past pay slips?
Absolutely. All your pay slips are stored securely in the app and you can access them anytime. You can also download them as PDFs for your personal records or share them when needed, such as for loan applications.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Your personal and financial information is always protected.
